Things To Do Before You Get Here

There are a few things that you can do before you arrive with your pooch for your appointment that will help me, you and most importantly your dog to enjoy their grooming session with us.

1. Please make sure that your pet has had  a natural toilet break before they arrive at Grooming Marvellous Dog Grooming Horsham. Being poo’d or pee’d on isn’t fun!
2. Please be on time. This is for your dogs benefit and as a courtesy to our other clients
3. If she is in season, please contact us to rearrange your appointment
4. If your dog has just had a flea treatment, please leave at least 48 hours before a grooming session
5. If you need to cancel, please do your utmost to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. That gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another dog on our waiting list.
